Q: My reference provider says he is too busy to write up the reference letter and asks me to write it up for him/her to sign. Would this be OK?

A: No, this is not OK. Strictly speaking this is a form of cheating.

Q: Q: In what languages should the reference letters be written?

A: Reference letters may be submitted in English, Chinese, or Tibetan.

Q: Is a typed reference letter bearing the signature of the reference provider considered acceptable?
