Located on the second floor of Trace Foundation’s headquarters, the Reading Room of the Library is an intimate, bookshelf-lined space featuring a full bank of windows facing out over New York City’s historic West Village.
Ideally suited for lectures, conferences, teachings, screenings, and performances, the space offers a one-of-a-kind location for your event in one of New York’s most desirable neighborhoods and features a full PA system, wet bar, terrace, projection screen, and service entrance. Named for the rows of traditional Tibetan unbound, cloth-wrapped books stored on shelves along one wall of the room. The room features a long conference table with seating for twenty, a projector, and screen.
